A pathetic experience. Every service opted in was pathetic. I had taken a package which includes waxing (full arms, full legs and underarms) + Threading (eyebrows and upper lips), separately I also bo oked a pedicure session. I was informed as I have used razor on the body, so a few tiny strands may remain. I was okay and agreed because I was informed about this at different salons as well. But after the session just because they had a massaged booked for someone I was not even asked to looked if I was satisfied, moments later I had not only seen tiny body hair all over the body but also broken hair due to the rushed procedure. I was then asked to start the pedicure session, and that was the worst part of my day as the girl who say down for manicure was not in masseuse but not even a trained professional who has to take up a pedicure session because the person who was asked to do it was busy. The pedicure included a massage that was for like 5 minutes including both calves and nothing, literally nothing they charge such amounts and people agree to for the services but what do they get in a pedicure? A soak and a massage which does not even feel like a massage. My nails were not clipped, trimmed or filed. I have ingrown nail and I had asked her not to pull it up but she did it anyways. Upper lips and eyebrows no complaints as they were done neatly. Since, I also wanted to get a haircut and I asked if there was a lot to squeeze me in they agreed because they last time I had a hair spa and a haircut here was amazing but this time everything seemed like a waste of money. I was informed I would have to pay so and so amount to get it to which I agreed but during the haircut the owner Priya had to come in and tell me the total for the day 80% of which was already prepaid which was booked and asked me to pay for the haircut while leaving. The hairstylist gave me a step cut which doesn't feel like one, but after the blowdry I had to inform that my hair is uneven. I wanted to cut my hair short as I wanted to get the hair colour and the blech off. But after the haircut I still have it on and the length was not a desired length. I had to ask her multiple times to cut it shorter as it was not my desired length but I was informed that the length is right. My first visit here was so good and that's is why I went back but this was is the worst experience with them than any local salon I have been too. They charge a ridiculous amount for a ridiculously poor service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who has a very less knowledge about beauty, is new to this, cannot bare talking to people who do not understand what I client wants and just informs them it is right or does not want to be disturb during these services just to be notified about the amount to be paid before leaving.
